NDE Specialists
Our NDE specialists are not the average NDE auditor. Pipeline Safety specialists are certified NDE Level II’s and Level III’s who are experts in their field. Our specialists ensure that client requirements are met by the NDE contractor, as well as provide valuable data to the engineering and inspection teams such as daily repair rates, repair locations, and trending NDE and inspection data. If a problem arises, the Specialist assists in reporting and ensuring the error is corrected early enough to correct without a major project cost or shutdown. Our NDE Specialist’s presence on a project ensures a greater standard of accountability across the entire project scope.
Certified Welder Inspectors (CWI)
Pipeline Safety welding inspectors work with our customers to make sure that certified procedures have been established and tested for the materials and consumables using destructive testing methods. The welders are then trained and tested to make sure they follow the procedures out in the field. Pipeline Safety certified welding inspectors have passed the American Welding Society examination, indication that they are knowledgeable about welding.
